Abstract

The current exploratory study on the IBS-K will be useful to understand the complexities of the key mechanisms that a business school should adapt to be successful and sustainable in an academic marketplace. This has resulted in the organization adapting to the electronic medium for access and communication of information and knowledge. A portion of the faculty members are also conversant with access and usage of international journals and databases through Internet.
