Abstract

Abstract: Digital transformation has become a strategic priority for organizations seeking to remain competitive in the modern business environment. The integration of digital technologies such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, big data analytics, and automation has significantly transformed organizational processes, decision-making, and business models. This research paper examines the impact of digital transformation on organizational performance, focusing on productivity, operational efficiency, innovation capability, and customer satisfaction. The study uses survey-based quantitative analysis to evaluate how digital technologies influence organizational outcomes. Data collected from 200 respondents across different industries were analyzed using descriptive statistics and correlation analysis. The findings reveal that digital transformation significantly improves organizational performance by enhancing operational efficiency, decision-making speed, and innovation capabilities. The study concludes that organizations adopting digital transformation strategies experience better competitiveness and long-term sustainability.
